Navigate to the Order History section, where you can select the specific order and item(s) you wish to return. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return request form. Approval and Return Instructions

Once your return request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by our team. If your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Preparing Your Return

Packaging Your Item

To ensure that your return is processed quickly and efficiently, please take care to package the item securely. The item must be in its original condition, meaning it should be unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and any promotional or free items that were included with the purchase must also be returned. Place the item in a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.

Small Item Returns

For smaller items, you are responsible for arranging the return shipment. We highly recommend using reputable tracking services, such as Royal Mail, UPS, or Evri, to ensure that the item reaches us safely. Please retain proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been processed and you have received your refund.

Large Item Returns

If you need to return a larger item, such as furniture or appliances, we will arrange for a collection from your address.
