Description
The RKS600 FISH is specifically designed for optimum storage of fresh fish and other seafood. The cabinet is finished inside and out in high quality 304 catering grade stainless steel. Interior refrigeration components are specially coated to resist corrosion that can be caused by ammonia given off by fish during storage. The unit comes with 600×400 fish trays with stainless steel risers. For correct storage of fresh fish we recommend storage with crushed ice to maintain freshness and moisture levels.
