Description

The BF850I freezer is optimised for both bakeries and for ice cream storage. It has euronorm dimensions with guides for bakery trays. In addition, it comes with shelves, accommodating up to 54 Napoli pans (not included). A ventilated cooling system makes sure your ingredients stay fresh. The temperature of the unit is easily controlled by a digital thermostat.
